A service to celebrate Jo-Anne's life will be held at St Mary's Church, Wedmore on Wednesday 18th April 2018 at 2pm. Everyone is welcome to attend.
After the service, you are invited to join the family at Horsepool Farm (BS28 4NH) for refreshments and the opportunity to share your memories of Jo-Anne.
